Misti was correct that there is a bit of a language barrier. The service was not top notch, but it was not too far out of line with my expectations. I'm there for the food! Which was quite good. We got a few standard dishes (green curry, pad thai, something else...) between 4 adults and a few kids, and really enjoyed them all. Be careful - my friend was surprised that a "mild" dish was too spicy for their 3-year-old. That warning is true for most Thai places in my opinion. Ordering "no spice" for kids is a safer option. I also got sushi, and it was good. Maybe not over the line to great (even grading on a Michigan curve: great in Michigan might only be okay on the Pacific), but really enjoyable. Jeanae had a good tip: the Crazy California Roll may not be authentic, but it was tasty!

Had the jalapeño pepper roll, Yum Yum roll, and a special California roll. Really tasty! I would definitely recommend Lake Orion Sushi & Thai. Very friendly and happy employees and that make all the difference in the world when it come to preparing food.

First time trying this place just out. It's not common to find a Thai, sushi and pho place. Came here to check out the noodle dish and it was amazing! If you guys like pho try it there's not much over here unless you willing to drive down to Madison Hts for pho. They def have a twist to their homemade pho and I liked it, very flavorful indeed. I will be coming back to try more dishes.

Really good sushi. We got it to go and ate out by the lake. Was perfect. I recommend the seaweed salad and cucumber avocado roll...something they season the cucumber with is very good.

Best Thai food in Lake Orion/Oxford area. My favorite place closed (I was NOT happy), so tried Sushi & Thai. Pad Thai is excellent & pineapple fried rice with chicken is really good. Curry is good, sauce is a bit watery for my taste, but flavor is good. Wasn't a fan of the Pho, but the Tom Kha Gai is amazing. Staff is quite friendly & they are wonderful with special requests (ie. vegetables but no tofu, extra cashews, etc). I'm not a sushi fan, but my daughter thought it was good.

Sushi is great. I crave it on a weekly basis. Everything else is good but sushi is the best. Don't bother dining in. Drive thru pickup is great.

Excellent food and service!!! They were friendly and helpful! I ordered something and it was very spicy for my pallet but they had no problem offering me something else that was exceptionally delicious! We will be back!

The minute we walked in, we knew it was a mistake. But we were too polite to leave. The tables were covered with dirty dishes, the menus were sticky with food residue and the TV was showing meth addicts doing crimes. Now to the food. Our sodas tasted weird and flat. We returned them twice and each one tasted different and worse. Spring rolls were boiling hot and greasy. Chicken satay was made from a processed substance with fake grill marks. The fresh rolls had an overwhelming taste of mint. There was no way we would ever order sushi from here as eating raw fish was out of the question. Rice was fresh. Service was mostly rude and there was a creepy old guy staring at us during the meal. Could not wait to get out of there. Wanted to yell to all the newbies who walked in the door to turn around and run..

I always get pad thai tofu medium from Thai places. This is pretty good. Service and carry out have always gone well, although the language barrier can be...interesting... sometimes. Good stuff.

Pho Review: So driving down to Madison Heights can be a hassle, we found a place that serves pho. We were a little skeptical but it also surprised us that the pho is flavorful. They have hoisin sauce, Sriracha sauce and other chili pastes. They don't have the oily chili paste that I'm accustomed to but I don't put much anyways so it wasn't a big deal. (I think they add a little bit of the oily chili paste in your bowl, but it isnt much)The bowl is pretty big. They add a little bit of bean sprouts in your bowl but they don't give you a plate full like at most vietnamese pho restaurants. The broth is flavorful. The meat is nice and tender. Overall, if you don't want to take a trip to Madison Heights and just want to get your pho craving out of the way, I say go for it. It's a good bowl. You would have to try it for yourself. And we also paid $7.95 for a bowl which is a little cheaper than the pho we normally have. You also have to take into consideration that this is a Thai place with sushi, so it may or may not be what most people are used to but it still tastes similar and the bowl itself is tasty. Hope this was helpful. Oh and the sushi is always yummy. Don't forget to eat the pad thai. Pad thai is so delicious here.

The best Thai food in Lake Orion area. We had carry out and they forgot to put one of the meals in our bag. We called when we realized, and a nice young man drove it to our house, more than I think most place would do. If you're in the area and looking for Thai food, give them a try. We really like their Thai fried rice and Pad Thai.

Their sushi is amazing, but I was not impressed with my Thai selection. The service is very slow no matter how busy they are, but the quality of the sushi makes up for it.

Went there for my lunch break today and was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. The staff was very friendly. I had a coupon for Wednesday Buy One Item and Get the 2nd Half Off. I ordered Honey Chicken and Crazy California Roll. The Honey Chicken was really good , the chicken was quite juicy and the breading was crispy too! However, they did put A LOT of the sweet honey sauce and it drenched my white rice, so even when I took a bite out of the rice I couldn't get a balance of flavor. If I go again, I will make sure to ask for the rice on the side... The Crazy California Roll is also very delicious! You get 10 pieces! They offer FREE WiFi, however you need a password to use it, even as a guest. I didn't bother because my internet was working just fine without it. Overall, a great lunch experience. I would come back to try another dish that looked good on the menu. **I forgot to mention their Hot and Sour Soup is not too great. There was a weird smell and taste to it that I couldn't bear!! It seemed too SOUR!! Maybe okay for some, but I will never get the hot and sour soup again**

Came alone for a quick bite to eat between a wedding and the reception. Friendly staff, good food, reasonable prices, fresh food, clean tables, etc. If I lived closer, I'd certainly come back.
